SUSHI

A sushi chef in a past career, I work with friends and event planners to lead groups through rolling, cutting, plating and enjoying their own sushi creations.

 

Each participant chooses from a variety of food selections to create their own sashimi, nigiri, and maki Japanese-style sushi under my guidance. Sake rice wine + homemade california, tuna and shrimp rolls always make for a memorable, intimate and joyful experience with your guests.

 

All materials including food, alcohol, sauces, and sushi-making equipment are included in my service fee. Price per participant varies. Preferred fish/seafood offerings will determine group cost.
